MARAD owned and Patriot Contract Services, LLC managed vessel Cape Orlando has activated in support of Coyote Shield 2014.
The vessel supported the 834th Transportation Battalion at Military Ocean Terminal Concord, Concord, CA, along with 12 local and federal emergency agencies, in tackling a series of anti-terrorism, force protection, and emergency response scenarios.
