Advisory Board

Morten Arntzen

Morten Arntzen has been involved in the global shipping industry continuously since 1979  in a variety of capacities: credit analyst, lender, underwriter, advisor, investor, board member (8 different companies, including Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, Chiquita Banana and Team Tankers International), speaker, board chairman and chief executive officer. He worked for or with companies all over the globe, thru several shipping cycles and in all the major shipping segments (tankers, dry bulk, container, cruise, offshore, barges, gas carriers, car carriers and Jones Act). He built and reshaped several businesses during his banking career and actively participated in 2 major bank mergers (Manufacturers Hanover and Chemical Bank and Chemical Bank and Chase Manhattan); transformed American Marine Advisors from an arranger of loans to a multi-product shipping investment banking boutique with a speciality in restructuring; and successfully diversified Overseas Shipholding Group from being a pure operator of crude tankers in the spot market to an important competitor in several shipping segments, including building the leading Jones Act tanker platform. In the last decade he has been the Senior Shipping Industry Advisor to Macquarie Bank helping them build a world class shipping finance platform and, in his role as Executive Chairman of Team Tankers International, monetized all the assets of the company for its shareholders. He has served on the Board of Trustees of Maine Maritime Academy since 2010.

Bruce Lundstrom

Bruce is a business and legal advisor to the maritime and energy industries; including the renewables sector. He served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Tidewater Inc. for thirteen years and was voted Best General Counsel by the Houston Business Journal in 2015. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois (BS, Accounting) and Northwestern University School of Law. Bruce also volunteers in different capacities for a number of Houston non-profits, including the Houston SPCA, Westminster United Methodist Church and Night Court, a non-profit that raises money annually for charities that provide legal services to persons who are unable to afford those services.

Stephen Pratt

Stephen Pratt is an award-winning technology industry Founder and CEO, Enterprise AI pioneer, business school lecturer, and rancher.

In 2016, Mr. Pratt launched Noodle.ai focused on using AI to dramatically increase supply chain efficiency. Earlier in his career, he was a senior partner at Deloitte Consulting and founded the CRM practice. He also was the Founder & CEO of Infosys Consulting. He also led all Watson implementations worldwide for IBM Global Business Services. 

Mr. Pratt is active in the World Economic Forum and is part of their Expert Network on Artificial Intelligence. He has been featured in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Forbes, NBC, and CNBC. His companies, Infosys Consulting and Noodle.ai, are taught as case studies at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business and the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he frequently lectures. He was selected a one the Top 25 Consultants in the world on two occasions by Consulting Magazine.

As the founder and owner of Ranch A Deux in Napa Valley, he is also a grape farmer, olive farmer, and cattle rancher.

Mr. Pratt has a master’s degree in digital signal processing (electrical engineering) from The George Washington University, and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Northwestern University, where he is a member of the Engineering School advisory board.
