Comprehensive Maritime Support for Government and Commercial Operations

Patriot Maritime delivers full-spectrum vessel management and operational support for U.S.-flagged ships serving both government and commercial sectors. From crewing and compliance to repair, readiness, and deployment—we provide the expertise, infrastructure, and responsiveness needed to keep mission-critical vessels operating at peak performance.

Core Services

  • Ship Management & Operations: Patriot manages and operates various vessels, including Ready Reserve Force (RRF) ships for the U.S. Maritime Administration (MARAD) and Large Medium-Speed Roll-on/Roll-off (LMSR) vessels for the U.S. Navy’s Military Sealift Command (MSC).
  • Crewing Services: Patriot provides qualified crew members for vessels operated by entities such as Kwajalein Range Services and other ship operators.
  • Shoreside Labor Contract Services: Patriot has a longstanding agreement with MAN Energy Services (“MAN”) to provide qualified Engineers for MAN engine repair and overhaul projects, servicing their OEM equipment on behalf of MAN’s client base of shipowners.
  • Engineering Services: Patriot has successfully completed a long list of maritime engineering projects – both internal and on behalf of third party clients – encompassing engineering, design, planning, budgeting, procurement, project execution and oversight, financial reporting and follow up activities
  • Maintenance & Repair: Patriot offers maintenance, repair, and logistics support for vessels, ensuring they meet operational readiness standards.
  • Vessel Drydocking & Upgrades: Patriot has a consistent track record of performing comprehensive drydock and/or vessel upgrade projects, encompassing pre-planning, design, dry dock spec preparation, budgeting, yard selection, critical path planning, equipment selection & procurement, equipment & machinery overhauls, structural repairs, financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
  • Vessel Activation & Deactivation: Patriot is responsible for the activation and deactivation of vessels, often with little to no advance notice, to meet the rapid deployment needs of the U.S. Military.
  • Vessel Re-flag Services: Patriot has experience re-flagging several vessels into the U.S. flag registry, navigating the often complex regulations that guide this process and providing the hands on resources to successfully accomplish these projects.

Specialized Capabilities

  • Diverse Vessel Management: Patriot has experience managing a wide range of vessel types, including RO-RO vessels, LASH vessels, and general cargo vessels, powered by various propulsion systems such as steam, diesel, and gas turbines.
  • Rapid Deployment Readiness: They have conducted numerous on-time vessel activations for U.S. Government fleets, demonstrating their ability to respond swiftly to military needs. ​
